Delivery is mostly done by SUNDARBAN Courier as the items, including packaging, comes in cardboard carton which tends to be heavy and bulky. And for valuable parcels only SUNDARBAN courier takes full responsibility. However, on special arrangements other couriers may be possible on certain terms.

Most of our products are made using cowhide-leather. However, we often use vegan leather & clothing fabric to give extra texture to the products.

We ship all our products directly from our Taiwan. This allows us to maintain storage of every design. Therefore, delivery takes 3-6 weeks from the day of shipment. However, we don't give fixed delivery dates as delivery depends solely on shipping & customs situation.
